2026-27 Data Collection Sheet – start gathering your data now

Ahead of Count Your Carbon going live for the 2026-27 academic year, download our updated Data Collection Sheet and get started on gathering your data for this year’s carbon footprint report.  

The Data Collection Sheet has been updated to reflect minor changes we’ve made to the calculator for the upcoming academic year: 

  • Biodiesel HVO and District Heat and Steam have been added to the fuel type options in the fuel question 
  • The trips section has been updated to make it easier for you to input your data within the tool – simply record your trips individually in the relevant trips tabs, and the sheet will automatically calculate the total mileage and average number of people for you. 

Make sure you’re using the most up to date version of the spreadsheet to make completing your calculation as straightforward as possible.
